Patrick Blacklock County Administrator, Yolo County
Patrick Blacklock is a graduate of UC Davis with a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural and Managerial Economics and a Master of Agriculture and Management. From 2008-2010 Patrick served as the volunteer President of UC Davis’ alumni association, the Cal Aggie Alumni Association. Patrick began his professional career with the California Cattlemen’s Association and then served as the first County Administrative Officer for Amador County and most recently as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Elk Grove prior to joining Yolo County where he has served as County Administrator since 2010. Patrick most recently as the President of the County Administrative Officer’s Association of California (CAOAC) and has held volunteer leadership positions with the California State Association of Counties (CSAC), CAOAC and the Board of State and Community Corrections (BSCC). Patrick and his two children live in Yolo County and enjoys his kids sports activities, waterskiing and weightlifting as favorite pastimes.
