CACE’s 2025 Annual Conference will be held October 22–24, 2025, at the Flamingo Hotel & Spa in Santa Rosa, CA. This annual gathering is the premier event focused exclusively on California’s top county leadership professionals. CEOs, CAOs, deputies, and assistants are all encouraged to attend.
The conference will feature keynote speakers, insightful panel discussions, roundtables, and peer-powered exchanges. We will also be joined by many of our professional partners who offer services and products that help counties better serve their constituents. The CACE officers, in collaboration with staff, are developing a robust program that will address timely topics relevant to California’s county professionals.
Ample networking opportunities will allow attendees to engage in meaningful discussions about current issues and solutions. Conversations are key at CACE’s Annual Conference! The event will kick off with a welcome lunch and keynote speaker on Wednesday, October 22, and conclude after a full morning program on Friday, October 24.

For those flying in, the Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County Airport (STS) is just a 15-minute drive away, with direct flights available on Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, and United Airlines. Alternatively, San Francisco International Airport is about 1.5 hours away, and Sacramento International Airport is a two-hour drive.
